Transec Team Building 2017 - Coverage

There’s a saying, “Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success."

This is the first time that I was asked to cover a 2-day company outing that is located in Crystal Beach Resort, San Narciso Zambales. It was fun and exhausting at the same time as I have to cover both teams doing an amazing race. When one group finished, I have to run towards the other team and cover that as well. There were other activities prepared by the team building moderator that involved physical, mental and psychological exercises.

​All in all, it was a great experience to witness the skills, teamwork, and coordination of both teams. Success was indeed multiplied to all of us.
